Food Matters for city girls, too

I’ve been meaning to devise a week-long Food Matters-style menu that does not require a minivan to haul your groceries home, but [insert excellent excuse here]. Thanks to a recent article by Cathy Erway, I’m off the hook. I count about 20 ingredients in her yummy-sounding week-long plan, and her expectations for your larder are minimal.
